It’s National Pickle Day, and it’s time to celebrate this awesome… vegetable? Fruit? Who knows! I just know they are delicious. Sure, they are a great addition to sandwiches, but I love a good dill pickle spear just on its own as a snack. Anyone else with me? Now the big question… what wine do I drink when I’m enjoying a pickle?
Well, the acid in pickles needs a light and crisp wine, so a dry and slightly fruity rosé is the perfect pairing to the savory, acidic, salty pickle.

Try it! Let me know what you think. What weird wine pairing do you want to see next? Drop it in the comments!
Cheers!
