If you’re like me, you have a lot of extra corks around the house… Time to make good use of them!
DIY Cork Board
How to:
- Pick up a scrap piece of plywood and gather your corks.
- Put a sheet, towel, or some newspaper down to contain the mess.
- Use wood glue to stick the corks and create a pattern — we chose chevron. Tip: Put a heavy book on top of the recently glued corks while they dry to keep them in place and help them adhere.
- Once the glue dries, mount it to the wall!
It’s that easy! And now we have an awesome bulletin board that showcases our love of wine. (We still have a lot of corks around, though.)
Have you made any cork projects? Leave a comment – I’d love to see it!
Cheers!
